The Graphic Designer - Employer Branding Specialist will create engaging visual content to support employer branding across digital channels. This includes designing digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content for talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Design digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and web content for talent acquisition
- Create recruitment marketing materials and campaign visuals
- Support photo and video content creation
- Assist with basic design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to execute brand guidelines
- Manage various design execution projects simultaneously, sometimes under tight timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Understanding of digital design concepts for social media and web
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Fluent English is a must
Key Skills
- Basic video editing experience
- Understanding of design for marketing/recruitment
- Experience with content creation tools
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills
