IBM iX is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to support clients from various industries in their digital transformation by developing outstanding digital products and experiences based on AI.
Responsibilities
- Designing efficient, effective, and appealing user experiences
- Developing UX solutions that simplify complex logic and elevate product aesthetics
- Conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinatory teams
- Defining, developing, and maintaining design systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI with a strong focus on UI
- Proficiency in Figma and other design, prototyping, and collaboration tools
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies and technical feasibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and German at the C1 level
