The Mid-weight Graphic Designer will develop brand-aligned design concepts for campaigns, packaging, and printed materials while preparing precise, press-ready artwork for production. They will collaborate with the design team to uphold Babylonstoren’s visual identity and contribute to the evolution of its design language.

Responsibilities

  • Develop thoughtful, brand-aligned design concepts for campaigns, packaging, and printed materials
  • Prepare precise, press-ready artwork for production
  • Collaborate closely with the design and brand teams on visual direction and execution
  • Uphold and interpret Babylonstoren’s visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Balance creativity with practicality, delivering refined, technically accurate work under deadline

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on print
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Deep understanding of print production, typography, colour, and layout
  • Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a keen eye for simplicity and craft
