Morgan Stanley is looking for a UX designer to join their Wealth Management team, responsible for creating digital experiences for clients to manage their finances and monitor their investments.
Responsibilities
- Engage in hands-on across all stages of the design process
- Serve as a high-level craft and delivery expert on complex products
- Partner closely with cross functional teams
- Drive the discovery phase of the product
- Determine best UX solutions based on UX research and business goals
- Lead a team of designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a UX designer
- At least 3 years of experience managing small to medium sized teams
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science or related field
- Mastery managing the team’s workload and deliverables
- Fluency in design thinking methodologies
