Junior Graphic Designer

Roche is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to assist in creating visually appealing designs and assisting the design team in various design projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and production of various marketing collateral outputs through AI tools, delivering high-quality and visually appealing designs
• Support the development of visually appealing and on-brand designs that effectively communicate the organization's message and objectives
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet stakeholder expectations
• Execute design tasks with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
• Perform administrative tasks using Google Sheets, Google Drive and other tools, ensuring accurate documentation and project alignment for design requests
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to generate new ideas and concepts
• Take ownership of assigned design projects, managing time and resources effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout design
• Familiarity with creating visual assets for both print and digital platforms
• Understanding of file formats and specifications for different mediums
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
