Senior Production Designer

Pattern is seeking a Senior Production Designer to handle the final stages of design projects and mass design production for hundreds of products for ecommerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, copywriters, creative project managers, and other team members
• Prepare final, 'press-ready' files based on supplied specifications for several types of digital assets
• Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
• Package and prepare files for mass production for all marketplaces
• Create files and presentations for art directors and clients to review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited design program in a directly related field of study
• 4+ years of experience
• Portfolio showcasing strong production design skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of industry standard programs such as Adobe CS (XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop)
