Design and format scientific posters, figures, and tables for congress presentations and manuscripts while ensuring compliance with client branding and regulatory standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain accuracy and elevate overall output through quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Design and format scientific posters and figures and tables for congress presentations and manuscripts
- Apply client branding guidelines and ensure compliance with industry and publication standards
- Conduct QC reviews of layouts and figures created by other team members
- Collaborate with medical writers and project managers to confirm scientific integrity and layout requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in layout design for scientific or technical content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including advanced efficiency in InDesign and Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of scientific data presentation
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage QC processes
- Familiarity with working within medical congress guidelines and journal submission requirements
