Lead Product Designer - Agent Reputation (Web)

Lead and mentor Product Designers within the Agent Reputation team while owning the end-to-end design vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions and define long-term strategies for monetizing reputation-focused products.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor Product Designers within the Agent Reputation team
- Own the end-to-end design vision for Agent Reputation, shaping how consumers evaluate Estate Agents and how agents showcase their reputation
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product, Senior Product Manager and Product Designer to deliver user-centric solutions that align with product strategy
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise designing complex, multi-sided platforms or marketplace experiences
- Experience managing and developing Product Designers with clarity, coaching, and support
- Curiosity and creativity in exploring new technologies and approaches, including the responsible use of AI in design
