Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer and business problems, conduct user research, and design end-to-end flows and prototypes. They will also manage communication across various stakeholders and iterate on designs with the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and other colleagues in a cross-functional, distributed team
• Conduct user research, feed our research repository, and share insights that will drive product development
• Run different types of workshops to foster ideation, problem finding/solving or to map user journeys
• Manage communication across various stakeholders, from sales to customer success and client experience
• Design end-to-end flows and prototypes, ensuring products solve problems in a simple and elegant way while paying attention to detail
• Iterate on designs, implement them with the technical team, and present the final solutions during design reviews

Requirements

• Clear communication in English as it’s our working language
• 3+ years of experience in product design; SaaS experience is preferred
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals including accessibility
• The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team
• A clean visual design sense
• A passion for solving problems and being challenged
• A commitment to constant learning and personal growth, both individually and with the team
