As a Senior Product Designer, you will leverage user insights to create human-centered digital experiences and contribute to strategic planning alongside a multidisciplinary agile team. You will produce various UX artifacts and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver quality interfaces from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Leverage user insights and data to craft human-centered digital experiences
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition alongside the product and multidisciplinary agile team
- Create and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and contribute to discovery with a user-centered mindset
- Produce CX/UX artifacts such as sketches, processes and service blueprints to create a shared understanding of the experience
- Present work to a variety of audiences, including executives and stakeholders
- Partner with product managers, product owners, engineers, researchers, copywriters, to produce quality, delightful interfaces
- Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines for multiple brands
- Generate final assets and work with developers to implement and validate specifications
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers and the product team, in order to continually raise our bar for quality
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Design
- Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices
- Capacity to understand complex business needs and to translate them into simple design requirements
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Figjam, MIRO, Axure, etc.)
- Experience with UX research tools an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)
