As a UX Designer, you will drive user-centric discoveries and shape product experiences across multiple customer journeys. You will collaborate with product teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive and conduct user research with a strong emphasis on quantitative insights
- Turn user, technical, and business needs into clear problem definitions and actionable design decisions
- Design user journeys, flows, and prototypes for complex, high-transaction environments
- Apply and evolve the Design System
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to iterate quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Significant experience working with user research, especially quantitative methods
- Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and maintain structure in a dynamic environment
- Data-driven, customer-driven, and design-driven approach
