Senior UX Researcher

Fidelity is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to contribute to their future growth by understanding people and their needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of UX Research or a Bachelor's and/or Master's in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, and/or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct various types of qual and quant customer research
• Identify problems from the user’s point of view, develop insights and opportunity areas
• Test new ideas for product-market fit
• Engage daily with Product, Design, and Content stakeholders to understand priorities and key initiatives
• Scope qualitative and quantitative research studies with stakeholders, manager, and teammates

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of UX Research or Bachelors and/or Masters in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, and/or related field
• Familiarity with the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Familiarity with the Jobs to Be Done framework
• Ability to recommend appropriate research method & approach, based on objectives and constraints
