As a Lead UI Designer, you will define the visual language that shapes how millions of fans connect with the games they love. You will collaborate with a high-performing team to craft extraordinary fan experiences and elevate the look and feel of digital sports interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define the visual language that shapes how millions of fans connect with the games they love
- Collaborate with a high-performing team of creative, technical, and passionate thinkers who share your drive to craft extraordinary fan experiences
- Lead creative exploration and visual direction workshops, transforming insights into rich, compelling UI concepts
Requirements
- Deep expertise in visual design craft
- Ability to partner closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams, balance technical constraints, and communicate design rationale clearly and confidently
- Leadership experience, mentoring and inspiring designers while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Key Skills
- Figma expert: mastery in high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems
- Deep knowledge of design system principles, component-based libraries, and scalable visual design frameworks
- Pixel-perfect visual craft with a strong understanding of layout, typography, motion, and responsive design across Web, iOS, and Android
