Senior UX / UX Designer (Workflow Programme)

Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for workflow products, ensuring they are intuitive and scalable. Establish design standards and mentor other designers to enhance the quality of design across products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences, from discovery and concept development to detailed UI and interaction design.
• Balance near-term delivery and long-term product vision, by collaborating with product and engineering to shape solutions that scale in capability while remaining simple and intuitive to use.
• Establish design standards by defining visual patterns, layouts, and interaction behaviours that ensure consistency and quality across products.
• Mentor other designers to raise the quality and coherence of design across products.

Requirements

• Strong UX and UI design capability, with a portfolio demonstrating both user-centred thinking and craft excellence.
• Strategic and systems-minded, comfortable weighing delivery timelines against long-term design and product vision.
• Collaborative and outcome-driven, skilled at aligning stakeholders and balancing user, business, and technical priorities.
• Systematic and detail-oriented, committed to improving design consistency and ways of working.

Key Skills

• Strong UX and UI design capability
• Experience designing low-code or no-code SaaS platform solutions, or multi-product ecosystems that empower users to self-serve through configuration.
