You will drive the product design vision at Zalando Customer Care, leading projects and contributing to overarching initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver coherent customer experiences and ensure high-quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects within Customer Facing Applications team and contribute to overarching initiatives
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, PMs, User Researchers, Engineers, and UX Writers
- Support design management and help improve processes with key design ops initiatives
Requirements
- Experience working in a collaborative environment
