Design end-to-end workflows focusing on assistive conversations and tool-use orchestration. Mentor and influence across disciplines while contributing to UX design systems and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Storyboard, architect information flows, and run usability evaluations
- Contribute to agentic UX design systems and patterns
- Instrument and measure impact (time-to-value, seller productivity, CSAT)
- Partner with Data Science to define metrics, logs, and experiment designs for agent features
- Champion inclusive, user-centered practices—ground decisions in research/insights and balance user needs with business outcomes and technical constraints
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX design experience, including ≥1 year designing for AI assistants/agents or AI-fueled interactive experiences
- BA/BS or Master's in Design/HCI or related field is a plus
- Strong communication and UX project management skills
- Fluency in Figma and the ability to leverage AI for design productivity
