This role is for a Senior UX Designer at Fanatics, focusing on creating highly crafted, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences for sports enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Develop comprehensive design artifacts such as personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes
- Bachelorâs degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
