Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design from concept to production — flows, visuals, prototypes, and handoff
• Deliver beautiful, intuitive experiences that SMBs actually love to use
• Turn complex workflows into simple, mobile-first journeys
• Work closely with product, engineering, and growth to ship fast and iterate
• Personally speak and be close to our clients to know exactly what to build

Requirements

• Consumer Design Expertise: Apply consumer app design principles to business apps
• Proven impact: Experience building or contributing to mobile apps with >1M downloads or strong retention
• Speed + quality: You ship fast without compromising on design quality
• Mobile-first mindset: You know what makes mobile apps intuitive, engaging, and sticky
• UX depth: You simplify complex SMB workflows into clear, user-friendly designs
