The FX UX Designer & Analyst will identify and analyze business problems and client requirements, developing solutions that align with organizational goals. They will collaborate with stakeholders to create business cases and ensure timely delivery of proposed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create intuitive, user-friendly designs that support multi-currency trading and payment processes.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand what has already been built, ensuring that designs align with technical constraints while meeting all business and user requirements.
- Gather user research and rationale to align stakeholders on individual user needs.
Requirements
- Skilfully craft the end-to-end user experience, bringing together a cohesive journey step by step.
- Excellent prototyping and layout skills which they can articulate clearly to internal customers and development teams.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research, and how this informs the interaction design process.
