The Lead Product Designer will take full ownership of design across the platform, improving existing features and driving the UX vision for new AI-powered tools. This role involves conducting UX assessments, leading user research, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a full UX assessment of the current portal and set a higher standard for clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Lead user research, gather insights directly, and translate them into well-reasoned design decisions.
- Redesign key user journeys, especially those involving onboarding, risk workflows, data interpretation, and automation.
- Develop new interfaces for AI-driven features, predictive insights, and benchmarking dashboards.
- Build and maintain our design system in Figma, ensuring a scalable and coherent visual language.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years’ experience designing SaaS or data-heavy B2B products.
- Strong capabilities in information design, interaction design, and workflow mapping.
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, and iterative design methods.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and move at pace.
- Curiosity about AI-driven UX, automation, and the future of decision-support tools.
