The Product Designer will take full ownership of their product from discovery through to delivery, translating product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. They will conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure consistency with UX principles.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product/workstream from discovery to delivery with a strong product mindset
- Translate product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity designs, and detailed design specifications
- Conduct user research and usability testing, leveraging insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product, UX/UI design, design research, and design systems usage
- Expert level proficiency in leading design tools, such as Figma, and collaboration tools, such as Miro
- Deep understanding of human-centred design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability
