Lead the mechanical engineering of products, developing innovative and robust solutions. Ensure the functional and aesthetic design aligns with brand identity and provides an excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
- Innovation and mechanical design: leading the engineering of products in a mechanical perspective, developing innovative and robust solutions that guarantee reliability and respect for the highest quality standards
- Aesthetic and user experience design: taking care of the functional and aesthetic design of the product, ensuring that each element is in line with the brand identity and offers an excellent user experience
- Being the technical point of reference for suppliers of molds and plastic components
- Managing the technical interface for industrialization and final adjustment, ensuring the perfect aesthetic-functional quality of the parts produced in series
- Documentation: drafting product manuals with precision
Requirements
- CAD 3D competence: mastery of 3D CAD software (e.g. Creo)
- Technical knowledge: deep understanding of industry technical standards and industrialization processes
- Creative vision: strong creativity and a strong tendency to experiment with new technologies and materials
- English language knowledge
