Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality UI and UX across core product areas
- Own and rebuild the design system end-to-end
- Establish best practices and guidelines for consistency and quality across the product
- Drive UI excellence
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure adoption and ongoing maintenance of the design system.
Requirements
- 5–8 years experience in tech; startup experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent UI skills
- Strong UX foundations
- Proven experience maintaining, building, or implementing a design system
- Very high attention to detail and ability to deliver polished work quickly.
- Comfortable working with shifting requirements and constant iteration.
- Strong communicator and collaborator
