Own end-to-end design processes across multiple product areas, leading design solutions for complex systems and workflows. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, feasible, and well-implemented designs.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design processes across multiple product areas, from solution definition through UX flows, UI design, delivery, and iteration
- Lead design solutions for complex systems and workflows, translating product requirements into clear, intuitive experiences
- Challenge product decisions thoughtfully and constructively, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with Product Managers
- Apply user-centered thinking and choose the right research and usability methods based on context, scope, and impact
- Lead usability testing and validate design assumptions when needed
- Produce high-quality UX and UI with strong attention to detail, consistency, and usability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex systems
- Strong UX skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and workflows
- High-quality UI execution with a strong sense of hierarchy, consistency, and detail
- Proven experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their evolution
- Solid product thinking and the ability to challenge and influence product decisions
- Experience with user research and usability testing, with the ability to choose appropriate methods pragmatically
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and move forward in situations of partial clarity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Product Managers and engineers
