Product Designer

Lead the design of product experiences and features from discovery to developer-ready specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify user needs and simplify complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of product experiences and features from discovery through to developer-ready specifications
- Run or support collaborative sessions (e.g., problem framing, journey mapping, sketching, prototyping) to drive clarity and alignment across teams
- Create user journeys, service maps, and interaction flows that reflect real-world needs, pain points, and operational constraints
- Prototype and iterate solutions using user feedback, data insights, and guided testing
- Establish and maintain design patterns and guidelines to improve consistency, usability, and implementation quality
Requirements
- Strong end-to-end product design experience (minimum 5 years)
- Ability to design within complex, multi-step workflows and translate ambiguity into structured solutions
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions, and building shared understanding
- Demonstrated ability to balance pace with rigour, designing for both the “happy path” and critical edge cases
- Experience running or contributing to research activities such as interviews, usability testing, or insight synthesis
