Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will conceptualize and implement innovative ideas and designs with the user in mind at every stage of the design process. This role involves collaborating with product managers and the product team to shape product strategy and ensure consistency with the brand vision.
Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team alongside the Senior Product Manager defining experiences at high level, right through to engineering execution and iteration
- Integrate design systems at scale
- Produce assets across channels - CRM, Web, Stores, App and more aligning with teams and brand
- Use Generative AI intelligently and build out any agentic AI processes needed to help accelerate the design process whilst maintaining quality
- Collaborate and communicate with many stakeholders across the organisation, producing high design and documentation to facilitate meetings and interactions where product and design are involved
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a designer with relevant work experience
- Strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your product design process and work
- Highly skilled in Figma UXUI, pixel precision, design patterns and libraries
- Key skills in Figma design system creation and management to be able to scale and branch design
- Platform-specific knowledge of both iOS and Android
- Ability to confidently communicate your design decisions effectively to necessary stakeholders
