The Senior Product Designer will take full ownership of their product domain, continuously monitoring live experiences and iterating to improve usability. They will shape product strategy by partnering with product managers and conducting user research to guide design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your product domain and continuously monitor live experiences
- Shape and influence product strategy and translate business goals into product outcomes
- Conduct and leverage user research to guide design decisions
- Design exceptional user experiences and deliver high-quality designs efficiently
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven company
- Proven ability to design complex systems and workflows
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect design outcomes to measurable business and user goals
