Senior Product Designer, Communications Platform

Design and iterate on high-quality communication channels including email, push notifications, and SMS experiences. Collaborate with various teams to ensure user needs and design principles are met in product development.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on high-quality communication channels including email, push notifications, SMS experiences
• Partner with design systems to enable modular frameworks for communication channels
• Craft high-quality experiences and interfaces across web and apps
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in making day-to-day design and product decisions
• Work with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and test designs

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience with end-to-end product design in a startup, SMB, large company with a digital offering
• Experience with Messaging experiences, B2C/B2B platforms, customer-facing platforms, e-commerce and mobile products
• Problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output, and applying user feedback or a/b testing tools to validate hypotheses
• Proven track-record in leading large design projects that demonstrate a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables
