Senior UI/UX Designer

Teceze is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft premium experiences across mobile apps, web applications, marketing websites, and brand visuals, owning the end-to-end design of digital experiences from discovery and UX flows to pixel-perfect UI and production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive user journeys
• Deliver world-class visual design that feels modern, refined and brand-consistent
• Support graphic and marketing design needs (social creatives, banners, decks, etc.) when required
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs and technical constraints
• Conduct or leverage user research: interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, heuristic reviews
• Create user personas, journey maps and task flows to guide product decisions
• Translate insights into clear UX recommendations and design solutions
• Design end-to-end user flows for mobile apps (iOS/Android) and complex web applications
• Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to explore concepts quickly
• Define information architecture and navigation patterns that scale as products grow
• Ensure all experiences are responsive and adaptive across devices and breakpoints
• Produce pixel-perfect UI designs with a strong emphasis on typography, spacing, color and hierarchy
• Create design systems, UI libraries and style guides that ensure visual consistency across products
• Design marketing websites and landing pages that are visually striking and conversion-focused
• Work on graphic design tasks such as social media creatives and campaigns, web banners, email templates and promo assets, presentation decks, case studies and brand collateral
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate motion, transitions and interactions
• Prepare specs and assets for engineering teams using tools like Figma/Zeplin/Adobe XD
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Participate in design reviews, QA and UAT to maintain design quality in production
• Advocate for usability and accessibility best practices
• Use analytics, heatmaps and user feedback to iterate and improve existing experiences
• Maintain a strong focus on performance, clarity and simplicity in design
• Conduct UI/UX audits on existing products and propose improvements
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams in an agile environment
• Help shape and refine design processes, tools and workflows at Teceze
• Occasionally mentor junior designers or provide review/feedback on their work
• Present design rationale confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design or interaction design
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end UI for mobile apps and web applications, UX thinking, and visual/graphic design work
• Expert in modern design tools: Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated experience with designing responsive web interfaces and dashboards, designing native or cross-platform mobile apps, and creating design systems and component libraries
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, IA and usability heuristics
• Strong visual sense: typography, color theory, layout, composition and iconography
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) to design with feasibility in mind
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
