Senior Product Designer, Communications Platform

Design and iterate on high-quality communication channels, including email, push notifications, and SMS experiences, to enable engineering, marketing, and supply teams to deliver consistent and personalized communications.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate with your team on high-quality communication channels including email, push notifications, SMS experiences
• Partner with design systems to enable modular frameworks for our communication channels
• Craft high-quality experiences and interfaces across web and apps
• Develop a strong, user-centered point of view on your product area and collaboratively advocate for user needs and your vision
• Mentor other designers and give constructive feedback to strengthen your peers’ decision-making skills and quality of work

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience with end-to-end product design in a startup, SMB, large company with a digital offering
• Experience with Messaging experiences, B2C/B2B platforms, customer-facing platforms, e-commerce and mobile products
• A problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output, and applying user feedback or a/b testing tools to validate hypotheses
• Proven track-record in leading large design projects that demonstrate a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
