Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will support print and digital marketing deliverables, including real estate listings and proposals. They will develop materials that communicate critical messages and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Develops materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions
- Develops unique creative approaches to each new project
- Creates illustrations, graphics, and concepts that add value to collateral materials
- Implements and maintains a high standard of design, format and production
- Develops a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate business
- Participates as a strong team member of our Americas Marketing team
- Collaborates with Local Marketing Lead, and Regional/National/Americas Design and Communications teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, graphics or the creative arts
- 2+ years of graphic design experience of marketing and corporate materials
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
