You will design user-centered, intuitive digital experiences that positively impact users across various industries. Your role includes conducting user research, creating prototypes, and maintaining design systems to ensure quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Designing user-centered, intuitive digital experiences
- Conducting user research, such as user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Creating prototypes to visualize concepts
- Supporting developers in implementing designs
- Creating and maintaining component libraries and design systems
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a designer in a consulting, agency, or in-house environment
- Bachelor's degree in design (e.g., interaction, product design)
- Experience in B2B environment is an advantage
- Fluent English skills (C1 level), German skills are a plus
