Senior Graphic Designer (all genders)

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the visual implementation of campaigns and content, focusing on creating appealing assets for social media channels. You will manage assets and internal communication, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Graphic Designer you are in charge of the visual implementation of campaigns and content by creating appealing assets in all different kinds of formats for all different kinds of channels; with main focus being on Social Media
• Managing the assets and overall internal communication for the Social Media channel independently
• Working closely with other teams like the Social Media, Campaign, CRM and PR departments, you make sure campaigns are distributed consistently, on-brand and ensure that all departments have the visual outcome that they need to reach their full potential
• You will receive briefings through our JIRA ticket system and be able to organize and coordinate your tasks to meet deadlines
• You are able to communicate with our stakeholders in a friendly and solution-oriented way
• Alongside the team you’ll create and maintain graphics-specific templates and document best practices and share them with the team
• Act as a guide and mentor to the more junior members of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry
• A portfolio showcasing a range of work designs & digital design projects
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus!
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Experience working with Adobe creative suite, programs for animation and video production (e.g. After Effects) and Figma
