Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of product experiences and features from discovery through to developer-ready specifications
• Run or support collaborative sessions to drive clarity and alignment across teams
• Create user journeys, service maps, and interaction flows that reflect real-world needs, pain points, and operational constraints
• Prototype and iterate solutions using user feedback, data insights, and guided testing
• Establish and maintain design patterns and guidelines to improve consistency, usability, and implementation quality

Requirements

• Strong end-to-end product design experience (minimum 5 years)
• Ability to design within complex, multi-step workflows and translate ambiguity into structured solutions
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, facilitating discussions, and building shared understanding
• Demonstrated ability to balance pace with rigour, designing for both the "happy path" and critical edge cases
• Experience running or contributing to research activities such as interviews, usability testing, or insight synthesis

Key Skills

• Strong end-to-end product design experience
