Product Designer - UI/UX

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to create intuitive, coherent, and scalable user experiences for SocGen AI’s artificial intelligence products.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user interfaces and journeys: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
- Translate product vision and business needs into concrete, accessible solutions
- Define and maintain scalable design systems, aligned with the SocGen AI Design System
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Iterate rapidly to test concepts and validate assumptions
- Conduct user research (interviews, testing, surveys) to identify real needs and opportunities
- Analyze usage data and field feedback to continuously improve experiences
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to co-build product vision and design experiences that transform the use of SocGen AI technologies
- Facilitate design and product framing workshops
- Write clear specifications and work effectively with developers, demonstrating solid HTML and CSS skills
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, explaining choices and impacts
Requirements
- 3 - 8 years’ experience in product design, covering some or all of the following: UX design, user research, UI design, use of a Design System, project management, front-end specifications
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and a good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Matomo) and OKR definition to monitor product impact
- Initiative, result-oriented, curious, creative, and willing to take risks
- Collaborative mindset, team spirit, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Professional behaviour, sense of responsibility, rigour, and work ethic
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and thrive in a demanding and constantly evolving environment
