Lead the design of user-centered solutions for the platform, integrating research findings with business goals. Mentor team members and foster collaboration while identifying future design-led opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Leading the creation of complex, high-impact user interfaces that meet rigorous accessibility and inclusion standards
- Planning, conducting, and overseeing autonomous user research activities to synthesize insights that drive strategic design decisions
- Owning the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs for challenging problems
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicating design rationale to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in design tools and methods
- Proven ability to create high-quality user experiences and mentor others in their use
- Skilled at conducting and synthesising user research autonomously, drawing out key insights to shape design strategy
- Expertise in applying accessibility and inclusive design principles in complex projects
- Excel at collaboration and communication, facilitating cross-functional teamwork and clearly articulating design rationale to stakeholders
