Design mockups, wireframes, and user flows for new features and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure designs are intuitive and visually polished.
Responsibilities
- Design mockups, wireframes, and end-to-end user flows for new features and enhancements to existing systems
- Facilitate workshops and sessions with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and validate concepts
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, visually polished design artifacts such as user journeys, interaction flows, and prototypes
- Develop and maintain system-level documentation, including diagrams and conceptual models to support understanding of the product
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and consistency across applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience collaborating directly with developers on mockups, wireframes, and user flows
- Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) systems such as C2, ABM, or similar is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of UX principles and concepts, accessibility, and web standards
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop (or equivalent)
