Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing impactful projects and a strong design process
- Demonstrated expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design with a human-centric approach
- Ability to balance high-quality craft with rapid experimentation and iteration
- Experience designing experiences that led to measurable and sustainable growth results
Key Skills
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and research teams
- Bias for action and understanding of how design impacts both users and business goals
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, learning and adjusting quickly
Benefits
- Competitive salary range depending on location ($127,400 – $194,000, based on US metro area)
