Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives for data discovery, metadata management, and analytics governance features
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and apply findings to design solutions
- Prototype, test, and iterate on product experiences to validate concepts with real users
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design for complex B2B or enterprise applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, decisions, and outcomes
- Proven experience leading end-to-end design processes from research through production
- Ability to conduct independent user research and apply insights directly to design work
- Excellent collaboration skills with a low-ego approach to cross-functional teamwork
Key Skills
- Familiarity with modern data ecosystems or experience working with data-focused teams
- Experience designing for data discovery, catalog systems, or data governance
- Understanding of accessibility, front-end principles (HTML, CSS), and enterprise analytics workflows

- Competitive salary range: $154,000–$187,200 USD
