Develop high-quality narrative assets for C-level and senior leadership audiences. Translate complex transformation journeys into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, high-impact narrative assets tailored for C-level, senior leadership, and operational audiences
  • Translate complex transformation journeys and customer use cases into clear, compelling narratives that drive alignment and action
  • Work closely with executive leadership to craft narratives for internal or external storytelling that deliver impactful, meaningful impact
  • Deliver with excellence using the standard Customer Zero story and design framework to govern how case studies are captured, told, and reused across the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience
  • Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience

Key Skills

  • Applies UX strategy in helping to devise product positioning, messaging direction, and creative execution guidance for use within elements of and across the customer journey in any channel or experience
  • Takes initiative and identifies opportunities to conduct research with cross-functional stakeholders to apply customer-driven insights
  • Maps out content strategy for a product/content area to ensure optimal content creation and serve customer needs, using input from senior team members
