Junior Designer (Graphic or Motion)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational passion for graphic design and an excitement to develop their skills in motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Design Support: Assist the creative team in the concept, design, and production of static graphic assets for marketing, social media, events, and internal communications
• Asset Preparation: Prepare and organize design files, ensuring brand consistency and production readiness for various platforms
• Motion Learning: Support the Motion Designer by assisting with simple animations, preparing files for motion, and actively learning core motion principles and tools
• Toolkit Implementation: Utilize existing design systems, templates, and toolkits (including those created with AI assistance) to execute designs efficiently and accurately
• Feedback & Iteration: Receive, interpret, and implement design feedback quickly and constructively from senior team members and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Foundational Portfolio: A developing portfolio demonstrating strong visual fundamentals in graphic design, including layout, typography, composition, and color theory
• Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of industry-standard tools, particularly Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Eagerness to Learn Motion: A keen interest in motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects) and a desire to integrate these skills into your design workflow
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate design choices
• Proactive Attitude: A self-starter mentality and a hunger to take on new design challenges and processes
