We are seeking a Product Designer at Allvue India, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the next-generation user experience across Allvue’s core product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX design for CBO, Document Ingestion, and Portfolio Monitoring, ensuring alignment with the new Allvue design paradigm.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Design and team members to localize and implement Figma-based workflows, user journeys, and interaction models.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure seamless execution of the design vision into React-based code.
- Design System & Standards: Translate Figma wireframes into reusable design patterns and coded components using Gen AI tools and Shadcn as the distribution platform.
- Standardize and maintain UI/UX consistency across initiatives by developing and enforcing design system guidelines.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Design Systems for enterprise SaaS or fintech platforms.
- Proven experience translating complex business workflows into simple, elegant, and intuitive design solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
- Expert in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
- Experience with React-based UI systems, Storybook, and Shadcn component creation and management.
