Senior UX Researcher

HungerStation is seeking a UX Researcher to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research across all stages of the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in UX Research or Human-Centered Design and is fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from defining goals and selecting methods to conducting studies, synthesizing findings, and communicating insights
• Conduct in-field and remote research with real users across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and trends in user behavior
• Balance qualitative and quantitative methods, such as in-depth interviews, diary studies, surveys, analytics deep-dives, and A/B test evaluation

Requirements

• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in UX Research or Human-Centered Design, ideally within product-driven or fast-paced tech environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
• Expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability testing, ethnographic studies, concept validation, surveys, and heuristic evaluations
