iClosed is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design user flows from prototype to final design, creating intuitive and simple experiences for complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and dev teams to translate product goals into user-friendly interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final polished UI designs
- Improve onboarding flow and simplify UX for key features (scheduler, forms, dashboards, inbox, etc.)
- Ensure design consistency with our brand and design system (Figma)
- Conduct quick usability tests and propose improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing SaaS products
- Strong portfolio of web apps (not just landing pages)
- Experience with sales-related or CRM products is a big advantage
- Proficient in Figma (components, prototyping, responsive layouts)
- Ability to move fast, iterate based on feedback, and communicate clearly
