Management Consultant – Service/UX/UI Designer (Stockholm)

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Designer to drive transformation tailored to client's challenges, superpowered by creativity and design. The role involves partnering with leading organizations, bringing bold ideas to life, and being part of a collaborative community.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with leading organizations and multidisciplinary teams to solve real business challenges
• Bringing bold ideas to life – from concept to execution by working at the intersection for creativity, strategy and technology
• Being a part of a collaborative and vibrant community where design, data and business insight come together to reimagine customer experiences and drive lasting transformation

Requirements

• A University degree in a relevant design or behavioral science discipline
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in a variety of organizations
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD

Key Skills

• User-centered design principles and accessibility best practices
• Design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Generative AI design tools and working with motion, 3D design, front-end developers, design systems and component libraries
