UX/UI Designer – Health, AI & Data Visualisation

Botz is hiring a talented UX/UI Designer to take their existing MVP and beta product to the next level, crafting seamless, data-rich experiences that delight users and communicate powerful insights simply.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the user experience and interface for the mobile application, ensuring a seamless, frictionless journey from start to finish
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring designs from concept to implementation
• Work with data science and clinical teams to visualize complex data, turning raw data, metrics and insights into clear, meaningful and beautiful design components
• Apply principles of behavioural design to create engaging, motivating and trustworthy user experiences
• Design AI and adaptive interfaces, leveraging generative and predictive technologies to make experiences more dynamic, personalized, and intelligent

Requirements

• Proven experience designing consumer-grade digital products
• Expertise in Figma, with strong end-to-end design skills
• Strength in journey mapping and personas, data storytelling and visualization, design systems and component libraries, and behavioural design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely across technical and non-technical teams
• A design portfolio showcasing visually polished, user-centred and insight-driven work
