Mid-Level UI/UX Designer (Hybrid)

Hybrid Full-time Mid-level
The Mid-Level UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing user experiences across the Pick.A.Roo mobile and web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research through user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data insights
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into user flows and experience improvements
- Design & Execution Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs for mobile and web
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile-first UI/UX work
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with prototyping tools (Maze, ProtoPie, etc.) is a plus
- Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability principles, and responsive design
