Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for data-intensive workflows, producing flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for data-intensive workflows
- Design highly usable data tables, filters, dashboards, and visualization patterns
- Define and document component patterns, states, and usage guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, and engineers to scope problems and ensure high-quality implementation
- Run lightweight research and usability testing
- Partner with engineering on handoff readiness and support build/test cycles
Requirements
- 5+ years designing enterprise web applications
- Strong interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping skills
- Experience designing modern, reactive front-end stacks and component libraries
- Fluency in patterns for tables, filtering, async workflows, error states, and auditability in regulated contexts
- Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and design tokens
