Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, user-friendly websites that reflect brand identity and meet business objectives
- Manage the full web design process, from concept and layout through to implementation and maintenance
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into creative, functional design solutions
- Apply best practices in UX, usability, accessibility and SEO to enhance overall site performance and user experience
- Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong background in web design with a balance of creativity and technical knowledge
- Experienced in managing end-to-end design projects and delivering high-quality digital solutions
- Proficient in Project Management skills/programs, e-Commerce, and Web savvy (CMS experience e.g. WordPress)
- Knowledge of design practices that adhere to WCAG standards and the design impact to the site speed
- Basic understanding of the purpose of programming languages such as HTML and CSS
- Familiar with AI prompting and AI tools within Adobe and Figma
