Graphic Designer - Global Learning - Senior Assocaite - Temp Role

EY is looking for an experienced Graphics Designer to support the design and development of engaging visual content for eLearning modules and other digital learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Adapt designs in response to feedback and evolving project requirements
• Apply design principles to enhance project outcomes
• Audit design work for brand compliance
• Collaborate with other designers and learning professionals
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews
• Create and customize eLearning modules using development tools
• Create animations and videos, including storyboarding, editing, and post-production
• Create compelling visual narratives that align with project messages and goals
• Design and implement gamification strategies within eLearning modules
• Design and implement interactive elements for eLearning modules
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content owners, SMRs, and other stakeholders
• Facilitate effective teamwork by coordinating tasks and supporting team members
• Mentor junior designers
• Produce high-quality graphic designs and layouts
• Translate complex storyboards into detailed visual designs

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design and eLearning development
• Advanced proficiency with graphic design software and eLearning development tools
• Foundational understanding of LMS platforms and content management

• Adobe (iPDFs/Flipbooks) Videos
• Articulate Rise & Storyline 360
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• MS Word, PowerPoint, and whiteboarding applications (ie Miro/Mural/MS Whiteboard)
